Site preparation à Decontamination à Cleaning Validation à Demolition à Disposal. Getting the MOH approval for the projects protocols from the first submission and passing all audits of MOH and GSK global teams during all phases of the project.

This project had been executed with high level of management and coordination between all teams, Mechanical, Electrical, EHS, Quality, Testing, demolition and Scrap.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of chilled water HVAC system including 4 air cooled chillers and 6 AHUs and fans which serve the whole factory including the classified and non-classified areas.

The scope of the project was including the mechanical, electrical and stand-alone control system.
